Dumb posts can get you into trouble or even make you hang your head.

Facebook is used by people for many reasons and different ones. These days you can find posts like "@ Nandos chilling with my friends", "DoNt DiStUrB mE...aM bUsY dOiNg NoThInG...Yeah:) ‪#‎TOoSeRiOuS‬".My face be like what the hell, why you telling us what you doing or where you at I would rather prefer you asking me to come to where you will be at and saying that it's on you. Facebook aint your diary, its a social networking site which is inter-personal not intra-personal. Maybe I am the one who thinks that social networking sites are used for the wrong reasons I guess. It's like Facebook is a world of thinking aloud where people post what they are thinking about. Well I guess people should stop thinking aloud and have time to reconnect with themselves intra-personally. People tend to post when they are bored but what they don't know is that they end up boring other people- I for one. I have a rule that if I don't have anything so post I keep to myself and rather like pages on Facebook. Some woman even got into trouble for a DUMB Facebook post.Buzz killer for me, I had to breathalyze this morning and I drank yesterday but I passed thank god lol my dumba**" Really, did she have to say that. Unfortunately she got into trouble for doing that, she was captured for violation of probation.

That's why i tell people that if you don't have anything to post just don't post anything. This woman was convicted for drunken driving an as part of her punishment, she was put on probation, and so on the day after St. Patrick’s Day, the 22-year-old was ordered to come to her West land, Michigan probation office for a random breathalyzer test. She managed to pass it and celebrated the good news on Facebook.  Local music is at last on a journey of finding its way in the market. ZI Fm Stereo the number one

entertainment station in Zimbabwe is promoting local talent and also providing quality entertainment to its listeners. Well Zimbabwe has been known with poor broadcasting content compared to the South African SABC which Zimbabweans have turned to watching from way back since the 2000s. but now we can also speak of the first privately owned station which  is not only entertaining but also for boosting our local talent. Who knows maybe we can have our own Jay Z or Beyonce from Zimbabwe

, I know this might be crazy but its the truth its more than just music but also a movement. A movement towards having our own celebrities who can be in the top 100 with Beyonce and the likes. ZiFM Stereo’s target audience is 18-35 year olds and their aim is to be Zimbabwe’s most progressive radio station; and their programming is structured to attract and appeal to ambitious Zimbabweans who are driven full of aspiration to succeed. Similarly they have strived to be ‘The Station of Choice’ when it comes to the youthful-minded decision-makers in Zimbabwe.The thing I like about ZiFM is that its promotes local talent by having 70% absolutely split to music and the rest to talk. I have never liked radio which talk at most because I can fall asleep when listening to it. Well ZiFM is different, it keeps the people buzzing and not dozing. Vice grip or Man grip: Wrestling entertainment.

I don't know whats creeps me the most, grown man fighting each other naked or how they look. Every time I watch these guys on television I somehow find it weird and fake if those are the right words to describe the feeling. Gambian wresting  really does it for me when I want to laugh my lungs out. These guys appear as if they are stronger than stones. Look at how they look like body-wise, they are like hard coconuts. Comparing this type of wresting to that of Americans the WWE I really cannot tell the difference. Maybe there might be differences here and there but i cant really weigh these differences.

Outlandish costumes, good guys, over-the-top villains, raucous fans, crowds, an excitable announcer whipping up the hullabaloo in advance of every bout — and the whole thing building up to the much-anticipated main event. It is wrestling but not as we know it. As far as I know the Gambian wrestling i can safely say that it is more realistic than WWE wrestling. Both are entertaining yes but WWE just cannot do it for me. When I was a child I used to like wrestling so much that I didn't miss any episode because I thought that it was a real thing but with maturity i guess I no-longer find it amusing.

How can a dead person come to life. I dont know how many times The Undertaker 'died' and came back to life. As far as I know, human beings have only one lifetime, only cats have several life times. As for John Cena, I cant really see how a person can be able to win all his battles without loosing a single battle. I find this unreal. I think wrestling is a never ending movie featuring muscle men who are strong and find pleasure pushing each other around.

It would be impossible to open twitter and not find a story about Oscar Pistorious. Its not only on twitter that you find these stories but also on Facebook and a whole bunch of networking sites. I find it too coincidental that two great sports men from our century are or were being charged on murdering their wives/girl friend: Oscar Pristorious

 However O.J Simpson was found not guilty on the murder trial but were are yet to sew if Oscar is going to dodge the bullet. The thing that makes me suspicious about these cases is that both men do sports and are well known in the whole wild word. Also both trials were and is being broadcast live on television. Oscars trial channel 199 DSTV covers the event on a daily basis. O.J Simpson's case was also broadcast live on American television.  Why has the media being giving these cases so much prominence. Is it because these two men have a public role to play in the public eyes. Ordinary people also kill their wives but we do not see their trials on television. Recently in my area a man was convicted of killing his wife. He has gone to trials but it is not broadcast live on television. The cases are similar but there is a difference in their approach by the media. There are a lot of speculations about these cases by a lot of people. People say that Oscar sacrificed his girlfriend to the Illuminati and also O.J did the same. Might this be true? Well I personally don't know because I do not believe in Illuminati and sacrifices. Is the Illuminati really a myth or a fact hhmmmm?

Celebrity Wedds and Divorces

Celebrity marriage life is like a hook up, one minute these celebrities are in love and the next they hate each other's guts. But why is that so? Is it because they have so much money and do not care about love or is the equation totally impossible. Celebrities usually wed and hook up amongst themselves. There are many celebrity relationships I know. Ciara and 50cent, Chris Brown and Rihanna, Beyonce and Jay Z. The list is endless I can take the whole day mentioning them. Maybe the reason why these celebrity relationships are known is because these people are famous. I remember the Rihanna saga when Chris Brown beat her for giving him a S.T.I. I bet if those two were married they would not even last ten years. As for Kim Kardashian who re-married or should I say divorced multiple times. The one that was interesting was the one which lasted not more than five days. At least she is now stable with Kanye. Have not heard divorces associated with rappers.   divorced his wife and Miley Cyrus is said to have a hand in this occurrence. Maybe we are yet to see another "Chris Brown-Drake" showdown between Robin Thicke's wife and Miley. Well its not always doom or gloom for all celebrities recently out of our own from Zimbabwe the President's daughter Bona married. With this being said I think that American celebrity relationships are the ones which mostly do not last. I usually ask myself if whether celebrities like Lil Wayne will ever marry. Lil Wayne has only his baby mamas only and we have not heard him being involved in any serious relationship

  THAT is the anthem for all the people who had a long week who can't wait for the weekend. Weekends are a time to relax and entertain yourselves by a way you see fit. In Bulawayo particularly, you can go to restaurants or bars just to enjoy yourself like Horizon, Club forty40, Club Eden, B.A.C, Club Vegas, Cafe Baku, Stop Over and so many more. These places have become a prominent place to go and have fun. Some of these places even host National and International musicians and actors. The likes of DJ Zinhle, M.J, Senzo, Winky D, Oliver Mtukudzi and many more have been to most of these places. Just last weekend the famous singer of 'Mawayawaya' Shinsoman was performing at Stop Over for the Valentine's gig. Well, last year there were a series of artists who came to the City Of Kings to entertain the masses, no wonder why people love weekends so much. You can also see it by the way people talk about what was happening during the weekend on Monday morning. Its like if you did not go out on that particular weekend quite frankly you have nothing to talk about on that morning. Kwa-Bulawayo is also friendly towards non-clubbers. It has go restaurants, fast foods like Nandos where the chicken there is  unresistable, and food express where you get value for your money. Kwa-Bulawayo where you can enjoy yourselves on any time of the day especially on the weekends. WOza friday ( come friday)!!!

Online dating- Social networks have spread rapidly in these past years due to the increment of the usage of mobile phones.Facebook and other dating sites ,am not really sure about Twitter, are used by people to find their perfect matches. Even reality shows also offer a platform for people to find real love,the bachelor, but the question is that is this love found on the Internet real? Does this love last? Is it safe to use the Internet dating sites to find real love?
 I for one have tried finding love online but it all came crumbling down on me, it turned out that the person I was 'dating' was a guy. A man!! Like really what kind of a person acts as a woman putting a woman's photo as his profile picture. After this happened i never used these online dating websites. It all started when I broke up with this girl i used to date around my hood. I was so frustrated that I spent two weeks indoors staring at my computer.online dating website and met this 'girl',we became friends on Facebook and had long chats on Whats app then when it came to Skype, phone calls that's when i discovered it was a man eewww!!!!
 I could not believe i was telling another guy that 'I missed him' that I 'loved him' blah blah. I ended things immediately and deleted all of my social networking profiles, changed my number. Actually I did not end things, i cut off every connection that I used to communicate with 'her'. But I had seen this happen on television and I thought it was just to entertain but it was real. It exposes all the good and bad stuff associated with this online dating. Fake profiles like really who does that. Crazy or what?

A 9 year old smokes, drinks and steals

Shocking but very true, maybe age in this day and Age is just a number i don't know, but after I saw this I can definitely say so. What happened to the innocence in kids? When i was nine i did not know what alcohol was and what a cigar was up until today but the kids of today know it whilst still at a tender age. Was browsing the You-tube website when I saw this video of a nine year old who drinks smokes and steals money, the only thing I stole when i was nine years old was sweets and sugar, didn't know that money could be stolen. Even though stealing sugar is stealing but I think its become more of  norm for kids to steal sugar and nothing more.Maybe its because of the fact that my mother told me that cash notes and coins had the owner's name written on it but even though I was scared of taking anything that did not belong to me. I thought they would turn me into a monster just like what they do in the horror movies and mostly I was afraid of getting a thorough beating from my Dad. When i was growing up I used to be beaten if I did anything crazy, it was hectic. The thing that amazes me now is that the children of now are not being beaten, is it because of the new laws which forbid parents from beating their own children. How I wish these laws dated back to the 19s when I was still nine years old. If i can go back to being nine years God knows what I would do because of the things I know now but its so amazing what kids do these days. Others even hit their own parents. Is the world coming to an end or what? Are parents to blame because of how their children behave? Is the law partly to blame in how children behave these days? What else can these kids do other than drinking and smoking, they definitely can do  lot.It wont amaze me the next time if I hear that they robbed a bank. Maybe we should accept the fact that there are now no categories such as kids and adults, maybe we are all on the same level since kids also do what adults do. 9 year old kid drinking alcohol and smoking, crazy or what.

Policeman releases Gospel Album

O.M.G was my response when I first saw this headline on the Bulawayo24 News website.After that a series of questions ran around my head, how did he do it?. How can you be a singer and a policeman at the same time?. How did he manage to  balance his his two careers? Is he really from Zimbabwe?.Another thing which amazed me was that the policeman's gospel album is set to be broadcast on the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation. How did he manage to pull through in the music industry and be broadcast because most people who have tried releasing albums in Zimbabwe have been a total failure. Maybe gospel albums are the ones which can be and are successful in Zimbabwe after-all. Is it crazy or what, some people have really all the luck they need.

 

First flirt on Big Brother Mzansi

Crazy things people do outside there for money you would not believe your eyes. Thought these crazy things were done  in American reality shows only but it looks like the disease has spread into Africa particularly Big Brother a leading African reality show. Was watching Big Brother Mzansi the launch yesterday and I could not believe my eyes when I saw a Straight guy, with the capital letter "S", Mandla one of the contestants making a move on a gay guy, Mzamo asking him to "twerk" for him like really, who does that? What Mandla says in his profile is quite different than his actions last night. He said he likes women but after I saw yesterday I doubt he does. The question is did he do that as a publicity stunt to get votes or his "secret" is that he is gay, food for thought we will see as the show progresses. This shows the extent to which people do for money.Crazy or what.
